Twenty of those years went into architecting Electronic Health Record systems and HL7 healthcare integrations — among them an HL7 API built for Blue Cross Blue Shield — under HIPAA-grade reliability and security standards. Gratiel Technologies has operated since 2012, delivering Rails platforms and infrastructure for healthcare, legal, and enterprise clients. Now it's his full-time focus: bringing that same engineering discipline to small-business websites, without the agency price tag.
